An accomplished global leader with over 40 years of experience, Scott has served as the President and CEO of One Collective since 2008. This extensive background has given him notable influence with C-Suite leaders in both the for profit and nonprofit world. In addition, he served as adjunct faculty at Indiana Wesleyan University in both the undergrad and masters programs. Scott will be the first to tell you that it’s his love for Jesus and his background as a professional jazz musician that has had the biggest impact on his life and leadership style. Through his passion for Jesus and his vast experiences in more than 120 countries Scott is committed to seeing holistic community transformation go deep and spread wide in and around all the places where One Collective serves.
