Scott Olson
President & CEO
Scott has served as President and CEO of One Collective since May 2008. His passion is that no one would be invisible and that everyone would have access to food, freedom, and forgiveness. In response, Scott's leadership style has been to simply follow the ways and teachings of Jesus (Love God - Love your neighbor). He is also committed to building unity by bringing people together to help the oppressed. He wants One Collective to truly reflect Jesus and His methods of transformation.
Scott came to One Collective in 2008 with 25 years of international ministry experience and has traveled to over 100 countries. In addition to being an ordained minister and business owner, he is a gifted teacher and served as adjunct faculty at Indiana Wesleyan University. He completed most of his coursework at Kingswood University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Trinity College and Seminary. He holds a Masters degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
As a speaker, writer, musician, and recording artist Scott has shared in a wide variety of settings around the world and has also been a regular contributor in many different written publications through the years. As a professional saxophonist, he is known to bring a sense of jazz and creativity to life and leadership.
He is a member of the Christian Community Development Association, Missio Nexus, and also serves as board chair for One Collective in the United Kingdom. Scott and his wife Jill are originally from Western New York and have two grown sons.
