Dr. Patrick Rankin

Dr. Rankin is a proven physician leader with over 20 years of leadership experience within healthcare systems. His many roles have included CEO, Chief Physician Executive, CMO and medical directorships. He has particular expertise in driving results in large integrated medical groups. His passion to care for patients drives him to develop teams that are engaged through a vision of the importance of the patient and the well-being of the teams that care for them.
Pat's first clinical role as a Family Physician in rural Indiana shaped his desire to help patients and their communities. Pat's training has included Indiana University School of Medicine, a Masters in Medical Management from Carnegie Mellon, The Advance Training Program at Intermountain Healthcare and most recently CoachU.
Throughout his leadership career he has played a role in developing other leaders. It takes a diverse group of people working in harmony to lead in today's complex systems. Helping leaders grow and thrive together has been especially rewarding for Dr. Rankin.
His spare time is often spent with family in the mountains hiking, snowboarding and cycling. Pat scratches his creative itch with hobbies like leatherwork, playing guitar, and creating in the kitchen. Giving back to his community has remained important to him whether it was through coaching soccer, teaching teens, or various service organizations such as the Boys Scouts of America and Lions Club.
