Kristin brings over 24 years of experience as a search consultant, business owner, and entrepreneur. She is an experienced consultant in finding executive talent in a wide range of industries from C-suite executives to senior-level functional and operational leaders. Kristin’s expertise comes from understanding talent needs from an in-house perspective, having held roles as a Chief Talent Officer, as well as a search consultant for both private and public companies.
Previously, Kristin formed Sun Consultants, a boutique search firm with offices in Chicago and New York. She ran this company for 13 years before she sold it to StarPoint and joined as an EVP Practice Lead. Kristin has extensive experience working with high-growth, transformation-oriented companies in private and public companies in the US, Canada, and the UK. As a search consultant, she can provide talent assessment, executive coaching, and functional knowledge to help clients solve their key leadership challenges. She recently joined the AL team and will be based out of Chicago focusing on Fintech, Digital, and Technology-related leadership roles across verticals. Kristin holds a B.A. in English Literature from UW – Madison. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two kids. She enjoys running, cooking and watching her kids go fishing.
