Jon is an experienced non-profit leader with over 30 years of experience leading teams that result in change around the world. In his role as Executive Vice President, he brings passion and commitment to shepherding leaders across the organization - and oversees a team of Senior Directors that drive organizational development.
Alongside Scott, he is responsible for shaping organizational culture, leadership development, HR, and is responsible for stewarding finances across the organization for greater impact. He and his wife Melody, have been married for over 30 years, and have a family of three grown children spread across the US and Canada.
