We will assess and provide healthy food distribution and nutritional information to the food vulnerable in East Joliet. A One Collective team member will work with the Northern Illinois food bank, local grocers, and local food pantries to research areas which would be designated as food deserts and to establish distribution points in those areas. The team member will also be responsible for assisting in the development of nutritional charts and training events for local food pantries.
