Our Community is still in the deep trenches of poverty, injustice, and malnutrition. Think of a community where the wealth difference is so apparent that the poor have no hope for a better future and just accept their fate. Imagine living life just to survive, devoid of dreams and aspirations. Sadly, this is the reality that my community lives in. We know God has a better future for them and he can provide them with hope. We want to make a difference in our community by empowering and equipping people with skillsets that’ll help them build a better future.

One way we are doing this is through Api-Culture (Bee-Keeping). Our goal is to start this initiative by training 40 individual farmers our community through a Bee-Keeping Training Camp. This would help create momentum throughout our community so that more and more people would come together to participate in our endeavor. The farmers will come away from this training knowing how to care for bees and we will give them two hives to get started. As they produce honey we will buy it and sell it in the market and their household income will increase. This will help reduce poverty and will plant seeds of hope in our community that will multiply. 

We are looking for people who would play a vital role by donating $60 that will purchase two hives to give farmers what they need to get their bee farm started. Your donation will not only help to break chains of poverty in our community but also bringing hope to see a better future tomorrow.
