Volunteer Coordinator

Quito, Ecuador

Casa Adalia is a home in Ecuador where women who have been rescued from modern day slavery – or are at risk of being trafficked – can experience emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. We are seeking a people-person who can connect volunteers and interns and provide training for them. You would check in with interns (who are here 6 months to a year) to see how they are doing spiritually and emotionally. You would be the point person if a team comes to visit the home, guiding them in the importance of privacy and helping the residents understand what's going on. You would also be a part of the regular staff rotation, cooking meals with the women and seeking opportunities to disciple them.
