Quito Quest partners with 15 ministry sites around Ecuador. We facilitate short-term team experiences, but also work with local churches and ministries through the year. Our Quito Quest staff walks alongside the leaders and pastors as they serve their communities. A Quito Quest staff member and site host are assigned to a specific ministry site to assist in any way possible. The specific job depends on the interests and skills of the intern, as well as the needs and strengths of the ministry site. Site hosts work closely with Team Hosts when a Quito Quest team arrives at the ministry site and may be asked to help with planning, translation, or on-site leadership or with other events. Minimum conversational Spanish required. One to 2 year commitment.
