This person is passionate about the education of marginalized children. Seeking to use their own education (teaching degree) to work with our partner school, this person would desire to see children receive the best education possible here in Chibolya. This would include working with the Zambian teachers in furthering their own education through training and one-on-one development. Developing a plan for the teachers to learn better teaching methods, how to relate to children more effectively, and creating ways to engage children with the Scriptures and God’s world. This position would include overseeing the whole school (grades pre-K-grade 7) we partner with, with holistic eyes. This person must be perceptive, creative, encouraging, and have a pioneering spirit, able to work with adults and children.
