We are looking for someone to join our team to help facilitate a culture of discipleship. You will work with local churches to create church unity and build up future leaders with the strong foundation that they need. You will also work with local residents to teach them the basics of being discipled and how to disciple others. Helpful skills include: being relational, flexible, a self-starter, organized, adaptable, and having a firm grasp of Biblical discipleship. We are looking for someone who will cover this community in prayer, work on finding Persons of Peace, launch Discovery Bible Studies, and reproduce leaders as well as mobilizing people in our area to do the same.
