One Collective is looking for a coffee specialist to join one of our teams in a very unreached Muslim people group in Southeast Asia. As a coffee specialist you will join an established local coffee business to help it continue to bring people together to help the oppressed. Coffee is a big part of the culture in this region and this industry provides an opportunity to see Integrated Community Transformation. A heart for Muslims and an ability to work in extreme cross-cultural settings are needed.

We are looking for someone with experience in one or all of the following skills: roasting, cupping, barista/serving, business development.
