One Collective is asking God to raise up a Catalyst for a new team in a strategic city on one of the most unreached islands in the world. This new team would be part of a strategy we call “Cluster teams” as there is already another One Collective team in the region. As a Catalyst in this community you would bring people together to help the oppressed. This includes working with local churches, schools, and businesses to see lives and communities transformed. We are looking for those with a passion for prayer, and a heart for Muslims and disciple-making movements.

Desired Qualifications: networker, team/project management experience, cross-cultural communication skills, people-oriented, able to work both with believers and the lost.
