We are looking for a Catalyst who will continue to develop our work in Rapid City alongside a local partner ministry.  This requires a minimum 3-year commitment. The Catalyst will direct efforts to identify and maximize local needs and assets, develop deep relationships across the community, build partnerships with local churches, schools, and businesses, and work together to find holistic solutions to community needs.

He/She will also function as a team leader over any new One Collective staff that joins the work. The goal? That no one in the identified community would be invisible and everyone would have access to food, freedom, and forgiveness.

Desired qualifications: team/project management experience, skilled communicator, people-oriented, teachable learner, experience in community development a plus.
