We are looking for a passionate Jesus follower who desires to help the oppressed and see whole communities transformed. This person will need to have the ability to see the bigger picture of the needs and assets in the community in Puerto Rico, similar to a general contractor, and have a personality that attracts others to join them in transformative endeavors. The Catalyst would also function as a team leader over other One Collective staff in working in the community, providing pastoral care, leadership, and a vision for the future of the ministry. We are looking for someone who is fluent in Spanish. Minimum 3-year commitment.
