Were seeking for a Catalyst with a God given conviction and vision to work with the Lathitha Development Center in Mzamomhle providing access to food, freedom and forgiveness to this community. Minimum 3-year commitment. This person will direct efforts to identify and maximize local needs and assets, develop deep relationships across the community, build partnerships with local churches, schools, and businesses, and work together to find holistic solutions to community needs. The goal? That no one in the identified community would be invisible and everyone would have access to food, freedom, and forgiveness. Desired qualifications: team/project management experience, skilled communicator, people-oriented, teachable learner, experience in community development a plus.
