Do you want to help catalyze local, sustainable, Christ-centered transformation in South Africa? We are seeking a Catalyst with a God given conviction and vision to work with a church in Cambridge providing access to food, freedom and forgiveness to this community. This person will direct efforts to identify and maximize local needs and assets, develop deep relationships across the community, build partnerships with local churches, schools, and businesses, and work together to find holistic solutions to community needs. The goal? That no one in the identified community would be invisible and everyone would have access to food, freedom, and forgiveness. Desired qualifications: team/project management experience, skilled communicator, people-oriented, teachable learner, experience in community development a plus.

Minimum 3-year commitment.
